In honor of Popeyes’s upcoming 50th birthday, the restaurant has brought back a beloved deal that allows customers to get two pieces of bone-in chicken for a dollar. This special discount will be available only this week.
The first Popeye’s seafood restaurant opened in New Orleans, Louisiana, 50 years ago when it began selling its iconic fried chicken to rival another fried chicken fast food restaurant, KFC. Through the decades, the restaurant has gone through a number of name changes from Chicken on the Run to Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits to Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken and Biscuits. You can check all the deals and offers on the Popeyes menu and check from here the Popeyes breakfast menu.
To honor its 50th anniversary, Popeyes temporarily offers customers this deal for its 59-cent chicken order. To take advantage of the offer, online customers must be subscribers or place an order for $5 or more and pick it up ahead of time at the near Popeyes location.
This prospect does not appear to be the only way Popeyes is commemorating its anniversary. On the 50th Anniversary of Popeyes report page, there is an additional proposition that is in the works: the next five-piece signature chicken. However, it is unclear what this system might be or when it will be available. Therefore, see the Promotions section on the Popeyes.com menu and read the report regularly to stay updated on 50-year special offers. There are other Popeyes chicken deals also on the Popeyes menu.
